Outdoor Building Projection onto Shoredich Station London
One very busy Friday night in Shoredich London was the setting for this incredible Outdoor Building Projection PR Project. The idea was to create a Live Kisscam as well as showcase the clients branding using Gorilla style Projection. As well as the outdoor projection the PR company brought along Props to engage the general public enjoying their after work Friday night activities. The whole spectacle was creating a real buzz and had many members of the public posting pictures and video onto social media.
Gorilla Projections in London can be a great way to promote a brand / event as you can assured of the projection onto building or structure capturing the attention of passers by. The setup for such Projections can also be straight forward as power / content running / projector location (and sometimes costume changes)can all be done from specially adapted vans. Stormzy Book Launch Projection various Locations London
Projections for Stormzy's book launch were at various locations around London including Brixton, Old Street, Brick Lane and Shoredich. This Outdoor Projection was aiming to get the best possible stills and video content to be used in Promotions so a Photographer and camera crew were to come along for the ride. The Projector hired had a 20k Lumen brightness rating as well as full lens set to ensure different sized projections could be produced without having to move the van location. The content produced was a huge success as well as Stormzy's book
Building Projection Island / Basing Street Studios - Bob Marley Memorial Notting Hill London
It's alway nice to be involved in something special and for this event to commemorate the recording of Bob Marley and the Wailer's legendary Exodus Album at Island / Basing Street Studios (now SARM Studios) Notting Hill West London we were brought in to provide the Projection. Our client had managed to secure access to a second floor apartment directly across the road from the studio providing the ideal base. The indoor location provided both a good angle to project from as well as power and shelter for the projector hired.
As well as the Building Projection equipment Hired there was a sound system playing music from the Exodus album as well as some incredible West Indian Street food. Due to the favourable lighting conditions at the location we were able to offer a 12k Lumen projector to be hired for this building Projection
Projection onto internal glass wall Clerkenwell London
Internal Projections onto glass walls can be tricky to get right. For this event at Daily Mail former building (Northcliffe House) near Temple London we were commissioned to create an ultra wide rear projection onto glass. This required installation of specialist projection film onto the glass as well as ultra wide lens fitted to the Hires Projector. As the venue was to have relatively bright LED lighting at the time of the event, a high powered projector was to be brought in to ensure maximum impact of the projection
